♥ How do I know item's code?
You can find item code on every product posted. It is usually wrote in the first line in the description for each picture or item posted

All items will be stated with either 'Available' or 'Out of stock' status, you may find it at the bottom of each description

♥ Where can I find the form ( Payment Made Form or Order Form )?
You can find it at the page tab, under our page header
♥ Which one is more convenience for me; Payment Made Form or Order Form?
If you are an international customer who live outside Malaysia or you are Malaysian who want to pay via Credit Card or Paypal, please use the 'Order Form' to place order
If you are Malaysian who use normal payment mode which is direct transfer to our Maybank or CIMB account, we love to recommend to use 'Payment Made Form' for faster process
♥ How do I make the payment?
For local customer who live in Malaysia, you can do ATM transfer, cash deposit or online transfer to our official CIMB or Maybank account. You may transfer via interbank, however we recommend you to transfer from the same bank or do cash deposit for faster fund transaction
Meanwhile for overseas buyer, we do entertain you with worldwide shipment, you may transfer via Western Union or Paypal
We do accept payment from Credit Card by using Paypal
Please keep all receipt related to your payment with us as you will need to give it as your proof of transaction
♥ Is there any surcharge applied on Paypal's transaction?
Yes it is, there is 4.5% + RM2 surcharge applied on every transaction made
♥ What is the postage fee?
Postage to Peninsular Malaysia
1-3 pieces : RM7
4-6 pieces : RM8
More than 7 pieces : RM10
Postage to Malaysian Borneo
1-3 pieces : RM 10
4 and above : RM12
♥ What are the shipping guidelines?
Usually we will send out your parcel to Pos Laju office within 48 working hour after payment is made. It will reach your doorstep in next working day or onwards. We strive to pack and send all paid and confirmed parcel as soon as possible
♥ How do I know my latest status of parcel ?
You may track your parcel at

♥ How can I place order?
- Browse our product at http://shawlbyvsnow.blogspot.com
- Kindly read our terms and regulation before proceed with your purchase
- You may fill in the 'Order Form' to request for invoice or fill in the 'Payment Made Form' to get your item faster
- If you did fill 'Order Form', you will receive reply with invoice given. Please refer to the invoice for reference and make the payment as soon as possible as we dont reserve item for our beloved customer. Do notify your payment by receipt or screenshot of transaction
- If you want get your item faster, you may click the 'Payment Made Form' tab, all details about to purchase are stated there
- You should receive confirmation reply within 24 working hour*
- Please check your inbox and spam box for our reply. In case that you dont receive any reply within 24 working hour, please send enquiry email to shawlbyvsnow@gmail.com

- Online transfer; Interbank ( RHB, Bank Islam, etc. )
- Cash deposit
- ATM transfer
- Other payment mode (VISA/ MASTER CARD via Paypal, Western Union)

- Or; keep your receipt of transaction as the proof of payment

We will not accept only reference number as your proof of
payment and items will not be send out until the receipt of ‘successful
transaction’ received and/ or full payment is made
♥ How can I save my receipt?
For Maybank2u
1) Log in to www.maybank2u.com.my and proceed with normal transaction
2) After done with payment, you will see window below, click on 'print receipt' to save your receipt
3) A new window will appear, you can save the receipt as the proof of the payment
♥ How do I change my item's code, shipping order or any other details related to my order?

2 ) Once you have key in your TAC number, you can see window below, click on 'print' to save your receipt
3 ) A new window will appeared, click on 'PDF' and save as PDF file
4) You will have your receipt like below and please keep it as your proof

♥ Return policy
Please select your purchase items carefully, as once a product has been paid for, and goods received in working order, you will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
(Exceptions to this are at the discretion of Velvet Snow Enterprise management).
All Returned goods (after approval) will incur a 15% restocking fee - except for item sent not in working order.
All returns notifications must be made within 3 days of delivery date
Any re-delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept returns for items ordered incorrectly or due to a change of mind.
Importance Notice
Please take note that we only use POSLAJU courier for Semenajung. Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan address
We are no longer taking 24hrs booking order.
Due to long queue, First pay, first served.
If u cannot send the form please email us with all the details.
We need your copy of screenshot or picture of your receipt to ensure that all of our customer will receive their item as soon as possible.
By fill in the order, we assume that you agree with our terms and regulations.
